You must comply with all applicable laws regarding debt collection, including but not limited to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), GDPR, and any local regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. All data is stored within the European Union. You remain the data controller for any personal data you upload to the Service.
Service fees are billed monthly based on usage (per claim, per call, per SMS). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claims Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
